Connie Heilaman, owner of Creative Corner, an arts and crafts co-op in Colfax, is looking for artists to join her sweet little shop.
Your obligation would be to mind the store one day a week. You keep 70% of what your art brings in, as well as 5% of anything else sold on your day. When there are no customers, you can work on your art in the back room studio.
Connie is an interior designer, painter, jewelry maker, and all-around entrepreneur. Shown here with her paintings and stained glass, you can see she’s talented—and so pretty—with her bright, welcoming smile!

I’m writing this comment for Connie because she has had a sudden death in the family and is not available to respond.
The Creative Corner is usually open Tuesday through Saturday from 11-5. However, they are short-handed, so if you want to go in, it might be a good idea to call ahead and make sure the store is open. You can call 530-346-8101 or you can call Anna (one of the artists) at 530-392-7050.
